How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on a laptop and via cloud storage, Dropbox

We keep your data for 6 years and thereafter it will be disposed of securely by:  

  • Shredding – for all printed material with sensitive data.
  • Secure deletion – for electronic data stored on Dropbox (Cloud storage) and the Laptop.  Access to these storage devices is by secure passwords, which are changed on a regular basis.   

Our network is protected by firewalls and monitored by an external IT support team.
