Coaching
How well are they performing?
“Unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance.”
Timothy Gallwey, founder of the current movement in business coaching, first stated this in his best-selling classic book (1975) ‘The Inner Game of Tennis’
Coaching enables people to perform better through increasing their motivation or by engaging their thoughts as to how they could perform better. Typically, coaching occurs one-on-one, although group coaching is certainly possible.
Coaching is especially beneficial for employees who are competent yet:
Lack motivation
Lack belief or confidence
Not delivering to expectations
Training and coaching are different methods that are used to overcome a variety of issues. Working with our Diagnosis, Transfer and Evaluation framework, we can combine these into an effective integrated learning programme.
In this way, participants not only learn or improve a skill, they also benefit from its effective application.
“Our meetings are really opening my mind and thought processes to my approach to my career and indeed my life generally – so thank you”
