Our story

Like you, we began our working life in Corporate and during this time we experienced many years of training and coaching.  This has enabled us to become the qualified and accredited experts we are today.

Through our own experiences, hopes and desires we started the Impact Story.  

Our experience of receiving Corporate training and coaching led us to develop 3 principles that enable us to maximise the development of people in business matters. 

We believe that the 3 principles and solutions to key challenges differentiate us professionally.

Diagnose

Development was not specific to our needs, was opposed by our Line Manager’s and did no consider operational demands and strategic priorities.

As a consequence, we developed Diagnose, focusing on bespoke content based by our understanding of:

  • Your needs
  • Participant and their Line Manager needs
  • Your operational demands, strategic priorities and culture

Transfer

We struggled to fully apply what we had learnt back at our workplace. As professional trainers and coaches we know this is where most benefit can be lost.

To maximise training benefit, Transfer optimises the application of learning by using:

  • Manager Coaching Booklets – line Managers meet participants, pre and post-workshop, to:
    • Discuss content
    • Share business needs
    • Coach participant outcomes
  • Coaching, post-workshop, to embed learning within a work context
  • Blended learning, pre and post workshops, with global frameworks

Evaluate

In today’s hectic and demanding Corporate world priorities come and go. Line Manager’s, HR or Senior Management rarely had the opportunity to engage with supporting our use of learning. This meant we were rarely evaluated or shared our learning with peers, reports or other teams.

To allow this sharing of knowledge we Evaluate Immediate sharing and evaluation, by all stakeholders, enables support in an effective manner.

  • Feedback shared within 24 hours
  • Individual and Group ‘Actions’ are shared
  • Emailed feedback means stakeholders are aware of reaction, benefit and issues
